I am so happy I am taking this course, the content is beautiful and very helpful and I cant wait to get home and work on the next module.

I think it's great. The learning is powerful and to the point. I like the little quizzes which help reinforce the main points. I like how there are lots of tools and useful, practical strategies. Thank you!

The information presented is complex and sophisticated but presented in a simple and memorable way.

I am very grateful for the opportunity to take the Heart-Mind Course. The material that I learned in this course has allowed me to better understand the youth that I work with. I am looking forward to using the tools and concepts that I was given this coming year! This course is so unique as it covers all of the domains of Heart-Mind Wellbeing in great detail, and I had never learned about these concepts before. I have also gained a better understanding of my own well-being, and how important it is for me to focus on these for myself, as well. I would highly recommend this course to all adults who work with youth to develop their own tools and knowledge!
